|Service||Social Value Report|
RealWorth was commissioned by the international law firm Trowers and Hamlins to write a pioneering report that sought to make the case that the greatest financial return on investment is achieved by creating buildings and places in which people and communities thrive. This report followed on from the 2016 publication ‘Highly Valued Hard to Value’ which identified key aspects of value in international real estate including cultural, design, functional, social, environmental, accessibility, brand and long-term benefits. RealWorth collaborated with a prestigious working group of public and private sector built-environment professionals to create a practical yet far-sighted analysis of societal value within the sector.
The report contained examples of practical tools, advice and sources to help those interested in doing more to understand, maximise, measure and calculate societal value. The report was launched at the 2018 MIPIM conference in Cannes, with evidence that real estate projects can deliver financial returns in conjunction with long-term sustainable societal value.
“It has been a privilege working with you on this report and I am very grateful for the time you have given to this.”Sara Bailey, Head of Real Estate
