Our 2021 Customer Satisfaction Report

As part of our drive to continually improve, we ask all our customers to give feedback about our performance on an annual basis.

The average score for RealWorth’s overall performance throughout 2021 was 9.1. This was supported by feedback such as “RealWorth have supported us to develop our planning approach to social value and have proved invaluable in guiding us in the right direction. Despite the difficulties caused by Covid, the RealWorth team have always been available to support us when we have asked.”

Thank you to all our clients who provided valuable, honest and constructive feedback in 2021. We look forward to continuing to improve in 2022 and beyond.
