Project Description

The Nene Valley stretches 35 miles, from Northampton to Peterborough. This development will create a series of distinct yet interconnected villages along the valley, building 3,000 new high quality homes within a nature-rich landscape.

In addition to delivering new homes, this development will re-imagine the traditional English village, creating community facilities, social infrastructure, jobs and open spaces that support the growth of Peterborough. As well as employment space and community amenities, the development will prioritise healthy lifestyles by including walking and cycling routes, new parks, allotments and playing fields. It will also weave in local heritage features to preserve the character of the area.
