    Katie Isaacs

Joining RealWorth following her degree in Geography at the University of Nottingham, Katie Isaacs is a highly efficient and organised team member dedicated to supporting RealWorth’s projects across Greater London. She developed a keen interest in sustainability and social value having completed numerous internships across the built environment, including JLL, Landsec, Clifford Chance and Savills. Katie’s presence on the project team provides essential support to senior team members, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Katie completed her dissertation on the redevelopment of Earl’s Court and its ongoing social impact. Archival research and local stakeholder interviews have given her firsthand insight into the impacts that projects can have on communities and the importance of considering a place's cultural and historical features. This research has increased her passion for helping local communities benefit from ongoing changes in the built environment.

Katie contributes to her own community by volunteering for Girl Guides UK, where she assists young girls to develop their confidence and life skills. This has generated significant social impact for the young people Katie works with, as well as developing her own experience in community-based work. Through this, Katie has a strong understanding of the VCSE landscape.
